• Forum Posts: Any content you post publicly in the Community Forum

• Usage Data: Search history, alert interactions, and feature usage within the app
• Device Information: IP address, browser type, and operating system
• Authentication Tokens: JWT tokens stored locally in your browser for session management

We use collected information to:

• Provide and operate our eBay monitoring and alert service
• Send you email alerts when matching eBay listings are found
• Process subscription payments and manage your account
• Send important account and service notifications
• Respond to support inquiries submitted via our forum or contact page

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Stripe: Payment processing for web subscriptions. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by us.
• RevenueCat: In-app purchase management for the Android app. RevenueCat receives your app user ID and purchase events to manage subscription status. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Billing: If you purchase via the Android app, payments are processed by Google LLC subject to Google's privacy policy.
• SendGrid: Email delivery service used to send alert emails and account notifications
• eBay API: Your search keywords and filters are sent to eBay's API to retrieve listings. No personal information is shared.
• Etsy API: If Etsy search is enabled on your account, your search keywords and filters are sent to Etsy's API to retrieve listings. No personal information is shared.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS/SSL encryption in transit, bcrypt password hashing, JWT-based authentication, and rate limiting on all API endpoints. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us through the Contact page. Data will be deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request, except where we are legally required to retain it.

• Authentication: JWT access tokens stored in localStorage for session management
• Preferences: Local storage values to remember your in-app settings and cookie consent choices
• Analytics (with consent): Google Analytics 4 cookies to understand aggregate usage patterns. Only loaded after you accept analytics cookies.
• Marketing (with consent): Meta Pixel to measure ad performance. Only loaded after you accept marketing cookies.

On our Android app, no cookie consent banner is shown and no third-party analytics or marketing scripts are loaded.
