How quickly will I get alerted after an item is listed?
Deal Scout 360 scans eBay on a schedule determined by your plan โ€” Basic scans every 2 hours, Pro scans every 30 minutes, Elite scans every 10 minutes. Email alerts are sent shortly after each scan completes and also appear in your live in-app alerts feed.
How do keyword searches work?
Keywords use AND logic by default โ€” every word you type must appear in the listing title. You can also use OR groups with parentheses and a pipe character. For example: "Jordan PSA (9|10)" will match any listing containing "Jordan", "PSA", and either "9" or "10". You can chain multiple OR groups for very precise searches.
Does the max price filter include shipping?
Yes. Deal Scout 360 calculates the total cost (item price + shipping) and only sends an alert if the total falls within your price range. Items with calculated or unknown shipping costs are still included but filtered on item price alone.
I'm not receiving email alerts. What should I do?
Check your Gmail Promotions or spam folder first โ€” alert emails often land there. Then go to Settings โ†’ Email Preferences and confirm alerts are turned on. Make sure your search is enabled on the Dashboard. If the issue continues, post in the Community Forum.
What listing types can I search for?
When creating a search you can choose Auctions & Buy It Now (default), Auctions Only, or Buy It Now Only. For auction searches, you can also set an end-time filter so you only get alerted on auctions ending within 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 6 hours, or 24 hours.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Log in and go to your Billing page. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel directly from there at any time โ€” no need to contact anyone.
My account isn't working. Who do I contact?
